Shipping policy

ORDERS:

Orders placed Mon-Fri will be processed in 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped 2 days after order is processed. You will be notified when your order is being shipped. We will send you a notification with tracking info.

Orders placed on Sat & Sun won't be processed until the following business day Monday.

SHIPPING:

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

HOW OUR ITEMS ARE PACKAGED:

The metal home decor is placed between two pieces of cardboard. Then it's wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap. Then the item is wrapped in cardboard.  If there is damage done by the postal carriers during shipping, please let us know and provide us photos. Once we see the damaged item/s we will send you a return label. Once we receive the damaged item, we will make you a new one and get it to you in a timely manner.

GIFT WRAPPING: Gift wrapping is available at checkout.  Please see each items photo so you know what the wrapping will look like. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We do take custom orders, so if you see something in our store that you like and would like a name, date, etc. on it, please feel free to send us an email and we can get back to you with a price. Once you've decided on what size, color wording etc. we will set up a reserved listing just for you and will send you a link for you to purchase. Once the artwork is complete, we will send you photographs for you to approve so that we can process and complete your order. 

Custom orders take 3-5 days for us to make. During the holiday season it takes up to 1 week or longer, but we will let you know the time frame.
