Shipping policy

ORDERS:

Orders placed Sunday - Saturday are made on the weekends so my husband can work full time at his other job. Orders are shipped within two weeks of placing the order, but I try to get them out to you as soon as they're dry. You will be notified when your order is being shipped. We will send you a notification with tracking info.

SHIPPING:

Most of our items are shipped Priority Mail. The larger items are usually shipped via FedEx.

HOW OUR ITEMS ARE PACKAGED:

The metal home decor is placed between two pieces of cardboard. Then it's wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap. Then the item is wrapped in cardboard.  If there is damage done during shipping, please provide us photos of the package & the item. Once we see the damaged item/s we will send you a return label. Once we receive the damaged item, we will either make you another one or send you a refund, the choice is up to you.

GIFT WRAPPING: Gift wrapping is available at checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We do custom orders, if there's something you'd like us to make for you please feel free to send us an email with what you'd like, the size you're looking for, and the color you'd like. We will draw it up, send you a photo of the drawing. At that point you either okay the drawing or let us know to make changes.  We will get back to you with a price. Once you've decided on what size, color wording etc. we will set up a reserved listing just for you and will send you a link for you to purchase. Once the artwork is complete, we will send you photographs for you to approve so that we can process and complete your order. 

Custom orders can take up to two weeks for us to make due to the work involved in adding to the product. During the holiday season it takes up to 3 weeks or longer, but we will let you know the time frame.
