Refund Policy:
We gladly accept returns as long as it isn't a personalized item. Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We would like you to send us photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the post office. We will send you a return label to send the item back. Once your item has been re-made, we will send you tracking information.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:
If the item is in excellent condition and you want to return it, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
